annual commitments

Fundraising	Service Hours	Family Mass
$400 in fundraising per family Various opportunities will be made available to families in the school year such as a Color Run, read-a-thon, raffle, and online shopping ​ ​ Fundraising is due by May 29, 2026. Incomplete fundraising will be charged to the family’s Smart Tuition account in June. ​	30 service hours per family 5 hours supporting parish with raffle book sales 5 hours attending school/PD meetings 20 remaining hours = YOU CHOOSE where/how (i.e volunteer at fundraisers or donate office supplies) ​ Service hours are due by May 29, 2026. Incomplete service hours will be charged  $25 per hour to the family’s Smart Tuition account in June. ​	Families must attend the following mass dates: September 21 @ 9:30 am October 19 @ 9:30 am November 23 @ 9:30 am January 25 @ 9:30 am February 22 @ 9:30 am March 22 @ 9:30 am April 26 @ 9:30 am May 17 @ 9:30 am Mass attendance is counted toward the child's religion grade. If the family cannot attend, please have the child fill out and return the reflection provided by the teacher to earn attendance credit.

Baptized child 2 years of religion instruction at SRDLCS​ Sacraments of Reconciliation and First Communion will occur with church students Having a Godparent is Optional: A Godparent must provide a Catholic Church marriage certificate if living together OR for a single person, a Baptism, First Communion, and Confirmation certificate	​Tdap booster immunization BEFORE the first day of school Please submit a copy of the immunization record showing the Tdap booster to the school office BEFORE the first day of school ​ ​ ​	Tuition payments must be up to date for students to be part of 8th grade activities​ 8th grade students are expected to be leaders at school. Behavior misconduct will lead students to loose privileges (activities, field trips, graduation ceremony) ​ ​
Fees will be communicated to parents as they occur. May include bible, curriculum, retreat, etc.	$0 ​ ​	$300 ​ Includes: yearbook, sweater, cap & gown, diploma, retreat ​

Shadow Day

Parents of incoming students, come to our Shadow Day on Thursday, June 4th, 2026 from 9-9:30pm. All students are invited to visit their classrooms, meet their teacher for the 2026-2027 school year, and receive their school supplies and summer homework. Parents are also welcome to join us in the hall for a Q&A session. If interested, please click the button and fill out the form in English or Spanish.

Holy Week @ SRDLCS

Parents of prospective students, your child is invited to spend Holy Week at SRDLCS from March 30-April 2 at 9am-12pm. Students will have the opportunity to experience being a student at our school as well as engage in class retreats and activities.
